THE FOLLIES

You have to see it to believe it.
Show girls and show guys, all over the age of 50, with most over the age of
sixty.
The Fabulous Palm Springs Follies began in 1992 and is still going strong
when we were privileged to view its 20th Year Anniversary show in 2011.
Over the years, Bob Hope, Donald O’Connor, Yogi Berra, Kay Starr, The Four
Lad, The Four Aces and many, many others graced its stage. We saw, The Four
Preps—a talented, fun group and Juggler, Rejean St. Jules—one of the world’s
best jugglers in their first debut at the Plaza Theatre. It was a full
evening of fun, nostalgia and excitement.
The show’s MC, Riff Markowitz is also its co-founder along with Mary Jardin.
Former Broadway, Radio City Rockettes, TV performers…dancers from every
venue superbly shows you how to dance and sing your way past middle age.
Should you be anywhere near Palm Springs when The Follies are in season a
night with this group will put a smile on your face and a song in your heart
for years to come. The show is extremely popular and they almost always sell
out, so book your seat early.
